SHIPPING

FluffyCo ships most online customer orders USPS Priority Mail 1-4 days after the order was placed. Bulkier order are sometimes shipped UPS ground. Wholesale orders are shipped according to item availability and as arranged with each retailer. Other shipping arrangements can be made in advance via email.

USA: Standard $6 Priority Mail Shipping. Free Shipping on orders over $75.
International: Standard $10 Shipping.

Ship Times Please be advised that though we generally ship orders every Tuesday and Friday, your order may be delayed up to 2 weeks as we move through our production cycle. Please contact us via email if you need to make special shipping arrangements.

You will receive an emailed "delivery confirmation" when your order ships out from our office. This is not a delivery notice, but lets you know your order is on its way.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Policy: FluffyCo accepts returns on regular priced items up to 14 days after order shipment. The same timeframe applies to both partial and full refunds. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping) via credit chargeback or business check. To request a return or refund outside of the 14 day timeframe, please email info(at)fluffyco.com and we will try to work with you.

Send your unused item with the packing slip to the address below. Make sure to adequately pack any fragile items, including mobiles and the front of any wooden printed pieces- bubble or crumpled papers will work. We will not provide a refund for damaged goods..

In–person returns and exchanges are available at the studio from 10-6pm M–F. Please call ahead to arrange.

Exchanges: Please indicate your desired change in color or size as applicable. You can also exchange for another style of equal value. We will ship the replacement free of charge.

Returns: We will issue a refund. You will receive an email of your refunded order amount when it goes through. Please keep in mind it might take a few weeks as things travel in the mail.

Closeouts and Sale: Sale items are exchangeable but not returnable. Closeout items are a sweet, sweet deal, but they are FINAL SALE.

SIZING

Most of our clothes run fitted for both men and women, so you may choose to order up 1 size. Womens tees are particularly fitted- for more options, a men's S is a women's M.

Our easy-going return policy makes exchanges easy.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Apparel: Turn screen-printed items inside-out before laundering, and avoid high temperatures as you wash and dry. Our custom dyed items are preshrunk.

Heather\/athletic tees are a triblend of polyester, cotton, and rayon. Flex fleece hoodies are also a blend. Pretty much everything else is 100% cotton.

Accessories: Vinyl accessories and leather belts should be cleaned with a damp sponge. Canvas accessories should be laundered inside-out with like items. Cold water, air dry.

Home: Wooden items are urethane sealed- clean with a damp sponge. Metal signs should be dusted or wiped with a sponge.

CUSTOM

We are happy to consider your custom order. Keep in mind that minimum quantity for custom accessories is 200, custom apparel is 72\+. We prefer that all custom pieces be FluffyCo branded in some way.

USA

We are focused on local, sustainable, domestic production.

Our accessories, basic tees, cut and sew items, and home goods are produced domestically- mostly here in the Bay Area. Domestic production limits the tremendous toll of shipping on our environment and protects jobs to keep our communities strong. FluffyCo sources materials and labor as close to home as possible. We work by hand and with other small and family businesses whenever we can.

QUALITY

Please contact us if you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase. Sometimes things happen. We will likely provide you with a replacement or refund. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information is gathered by FluffyCo during the order check out process. The information collected during registration is used primarily to process and ship your order. FluffyCo may periodically (maximum quarterly) update customers via email about new product updates and promotions. If you wish to be removed from this emailing list, then please email info(at)fluffyco.com. Your account information is maintained privately on our secure web servers. FluffyCo does not sell, share or rent email addresses and does not condone unsolicited email. FluffyCo will disclose any information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request. Remember, FluffyCo will not use or transfer the personal information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.
