FluffyCo ships most online customer orders USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days after the order was placed. Bulkier order are sometimes shipped UPS ground. Other shipping arrangements can be made in advance via email.

We offer Flat Rate shipping for your convenience.

USA: Standard $6 Priority Mail Shipping. Free Shipping on orders over $75.

International: Standard $10 Shipping.

We generally ship orders every Tuesday and Friday, but your order may be delayed up to 2 weeks as we move through our production cycle. Please contact us via email if you need to make special shipping arrangements. You will receive an emailed "delivery confirmation" when your order ships out from our office. This is not a delivery notice, but lets you know your order is on its way.

FluffyCo accepts returns on regular priced and sale items up to 14 days after order shipment. The same timeframe applies to both partial and full refunds. We will refund your purchase price (less shipping) via credit chargeback or business check. To request a return or refund outside of the 14 day timeframe, please email info(at)fluffyco.com and we will try to work with you.

To process a return or exchange, send your unused item with the packing slip to the address below. Make sure to adequately pack any fragile items, including mobiles and the front of any wooden printed pieces- recycled bubble or some crumpled papers will work. We will not provide a refund for damaged goods.

In–person returns and exchanges are available at the studio from 10-6pm M–F. Please call ahead to arrange.

Most of our products are manufactured in California.

We work with several independent contractors as well as small and family–owned businesses to produce the items in our line. Eco Wallets, Cut and Sew Dresses, and Mobiles are made entirely in the Bay Area. A small number of tees in the collection are imported, then printed in San–Francisco. These tees have been made under Fair Labor Practices in other countries.

FluffyCo screen–prints the Little Fluffy line and most Premium garments by hand in our San Francisco studio, using water–based inks. Our Bottle Openers are made entirely by hand in San Francisco.

Most of our clothes run fitted for both men and women.

Womens tees are particularly fitted- for larger and less-fitted options, a men's L is a women's XL.

Personal information is gathered by FluffyCo during the order check out process. The information collected during registration is used primarily to process and ship your order. FluffyCo may periodically (maximum quarterly) update customers via email about new product updates and promotions.
