The use of this web site and the purchase of products at FluffyCo.com (our online store) are based on the assumption that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of use.

If you need any assistance, go to the FAQ, where you will find information on orders, shipping, refunds and returning products. You can reach us using the contact form online, or at info(at)fluffyco(dot)com. We are also available PST from approximately 10am to 6pm daily at 415-658-1306.

The use of our online store, including downloading product information and making purchases on the web site, is intended exclusively for personal use, which should in no way be connected to any trade, business or professional activity unless you are a member of the press, blogger, friend, or one of our beloved wholesale clients. In this case, please make arrangements with our office to use online or catalog materials for promotional use.

Personal information is gathered by FluffyCo during the order check out process. This information is used primarily to process and ship your order. FluffyCo may periodically (maximum quarterly) update customers via email about new product updates and promotions. If you wish to be removed from this emailing list, then please email info(at)fluffyco(dot)com. Your account information is maintained privately on our secure web servers. FluffyCo does not sell, share or rent email addresses and does not condone unsolicited email. FluffyCo will disclose any information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request. Remember, FluffyCo will not use or transfer the personal information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.
